Scheduling Policy
Tutoring sessions are scheduled in monthly increments, meeting one hour, once a week for an average of 4 weeks per month.

Additional tutoring sessions can be scheduled at a rate of $85 per hour or $45 per half hour.

All tutoring sessions will be conducted online. Students are recommended to participate with a touchscreen device so they are able to interact on the digital whiteboard.

Payment Policy
Monthly tutoring rates are $340 per student and are based on an average of 4 weeks per month.
For the month of December, the monthly rate is $255 per student.

Monthly tutoring payments are due at the beginning of each month. A Venmo request will be sent out on the 3rd of each month.

Cancellation Policy
If a tutoring session is cancelled more than 24 hours before the session is scheduled to begin, then another session will gladly be rescheduled.

If a tutoring session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the session is scheduled to begin, then your tutor will see you the following week for your next regularly scheduled session.
